Health & Fitness Balance Through the Martial Arts

Our approach is simple. We utilize the Health & Fitness aspect to balance a student or individual through the essence of martial arts. Our main art and approach comes from the South East Asian Fighting Martial Arts that's utilized from our main Alliance Organization of AnakSerak Pentjak Silat, which is ran by Headmaster, Guru Besar Dr. Andre KnustGraichen.

We also utilize the Fighting Asian Arts that were taught by my teacher, mentor, friend, and coach for the last 27 years; Sifu-Guru Tua Neil Young. A memeber of the AnakSerak Pentjak Silat Family, and the Chief Instructor of UDT (Urban Defense Tactics) Kali, as well as the US Special Forces, DOD, US Military, Federal Agency Chief Tactical Operations, and CQB Elite Instructors. He is associated and Allied with Guru Besar Dr. Andre KnustGraichen, which is his current Mentor in AnakSerak Pentjak Silat, located in the AnakSerak Alliance Temple in Cupertino, California.

The last aspect and approach we utilize comes from a holistic approach in the healing arts of the Asian Martial Arts, Boxing, Naturopathic Health approach in life. We deeply believe and instill to our students and individual these approach, to help them achieve the Health & fitness Balance they they crave through the essence of Martial Arts.
